He is a dynamic and CIPD-qualified Trainer, delivering courses with programs crafted purposefully using a blend of methodologies, supported by quality written materials with email tuition follow-up afterwards.
Expert opinion as a decades-long Practitioner on behalf of Owners with long-term CoAs, Voyage Charters, Trip Time-Charters, and Period Charters, and as a charterer-in of tonnage to execute house business.

Philip Bacon developed lifting equipment for awkward and heavy-lift cargoes for his employers, equipment for cargo damage reduction on passage, including a manifold for maintaining cargo-bracing airbag pressure on long passages, and pliable dunnage disks for paper carried in breakbulk.
New items for the tanker and dry bulk industry are in prototype stage and will be brought to market in due course.
